Rom Browser rewrite

This is the latest work I have on the rom browser rewrite.

The only issue I am currently aware of is that it does not sort on an additional field.
For example, sorting by compatible will leave good name in a mess.

Please report back problems, they are in the beta builds section of Downloads.

Add code to ensure columns are redrawn at the same time as the list.
Right now there's a slight lagged feeling to it as the text is redrawn but the column (and it's text) follows after a slight delay.

Add code to prevent the list being manipulated until scanning is complete.
Or make it safe to do.
